Why only get married once when you can do it again?
After our small civil wedding in Brussels in 2023, we decided to do it again in 2025 - ten years after we first crossed paths on the charming Cycladic island of Sikinos.
Just like that happy summer, we’ll be spending our holidays on the island, from August 18 to 28, and nothing would make us happier than to be surrounded by our closest friends and family.
Elena, Giorgos and Manolis, who spent the summer of 2015 with us, will be there too - this time with formal duties.

Agioi Anargyroi is 7 km away from Alopronia (port) and 3 km away from Chora.
Manalis Winery is only 5 min on foot away from the church.
We will provide a shuttle bus to the church and back to your hotels at night at regular intervals (around every 45 minutes).
We will send you the stops/time schedule of the shuttle bus closer to the wedding day,

WELCOME TO SIKINOS
Sikinos offers everything you need for some relaxing summer days.
A handful of beaches, some interesting sightseeing and hiking options for the sporty ones.
GETTING THERE
Sikinos is a small island in the Cyclades off the beaten tourist track, so transportation options are limited. The island can only be reached by boat.
Direct ferry Athens Piraeus - Sikinos (≥ 7h)
The main ferry connecting Piraeus, the main port of Athens, to Sikinos is the ‘Dionisios Solomos’, operated by Fast Ferries. During the summer months, there are also connecting ferries, e.g. via Santorini or Ios.

For the return, please note that the ferry of 27 August will travel overnight.
This is why we recommend you book a cabin if you take this boat.

Where to Stay
Sikinos has only two villages: Allopronia, where the small port is located, and Chora-Castro, the main historic village higher up in the hills.
We will stay in Allopronia to be close to the beach, but there are good accommodation options in both villages. However, as Sikinos is not a very touristic island, please don't expect vast and fancy accommodation options like on other Greek islands.
Not all accommodations have their reservation system activated for 2025, but you find some already on Booking.com and Airbnb.
However, you can contact the places below for details or to make a reservation (everyone speaks English). Of course we are happy to help if needed.
